With up to 20 days onsite support included in the package, implementation couldn't be easier. 

We utilise our existing Policy, Process, Practice and Governance frameworks and documentation to tailor a capacity management service specifically for your organisation.  We liaise with technical, managerial and business representatives to ensure all have input to the process and to promote a sense of ownership.  Thorough socialisation of the process is conducted once a final design has been approved.

We assist with software installation and configuration to allow processing several basic data sources.  This will provide you with the requisite skills to be able to carry the configuration through to completion.

During implementation we conduct skills transfer exercises with your capacity management staff ensuring a smooth handover once Captell CMC is up and running.

Software implementation is straight forward requiring a single SQL Server instance dedicated to Capacity Management.  Links are established between the Captell software and your existing capacity and performance monitors.

Typically implementation follows this schedule however, this can rearranged to suit your organisation.
